Join us at Copperhead Brewery as we partner with Matthew Evans (gourmet farmer, food critic, chef & writer) and Nick Haddow (Bruny Island Cheese & Beer Co. -producer and entrepreneur) to create a farm to fork style feast accompanied by Copperhead beers brewed to match.
This event is not to be missed, with like-minded professionals showcasing just what can be done with sustainable, local and unprocessed ingredients. Tuck into local goods including 10 Acres sourdough made with Copperhead's own spent grain, Gympie Cheeses & Butter, Gympie farm produce from Farmer and Sun plus locally sourced meat.
This delicious feast will be matched with preservative free beer made with 100% natural ingredients. Then it's your chance to meet the chef and the brewer.
